Recorded at a live performance at Berkeley's Hillside Club, this CD captures the first time Art Lande's "West Coast" Trio was joined by trumpeter/composer Erik Jekabson. Playing to a packed house, the group rises to the occasion, playing adventurously and with great subtlety. The first set features music brought in by Erik, the second set features music brought in by Art.
